• Daylight is the best disinfectant: the best way to mitigate project risks is to bring them into the open, discuss and take action together with the client. If something can go wrong – it will unless you talk about it ahead of time and act quickly. We would rather lose a potential deal because we honestly discussed the risks upfront rather than mislead a client and fail a project

• Clients have a direct communication link to every member of the team, regardless of his/her role, seniority or location, and have real time access to all project documentation, code or reports produced by us
